I want to thank everyone at Global Voice For Justice, for the attention spent to bring the plight of the Innocent yet convicted Fort Dix Five, to people of conscience.
Dritan, Eljvir, and Shain Duka, (Shain is curiously not mentioned yet here on GVJ) are the 3 brothers who along with Mohamed Shnewer and Serdar Tatar, were convicted of conspiring to murder military personnel. The evidence was a hodgepodge of unrelated actions, conversations, and circumstantial evidence, created, promoted and carried out by two informants, then stitched together by federal agents with the intent of inventing a false conspiracy of terrorism, to further perpetuate an atmosphere of fear and loathing against muslims. The collaboration of the provocateurs, federal agents,and later federal prosecutors, resulted in convictions and life sentences of five men. The five men were unable to successfully defend themselves against the army of federal agents and prosecutors armed with inexhaustible financial backing, verses the court appointed defense attorneys they were provided. The prosecutions own star Informant/Provocateurs, confessed in court on the stand that the Duka brothers were totally unaware of any plot against anyone. This had little impact on Judge Robert Kugler, who freely admitted he was unconcerned with the lack of evidence in the trial, and when confronted with the fact that in over 400 hours of secretly recorded conversations with the defendants, there was never a mention of a plot or an intended target, Judge Kugler a former Assistant Prosecutor with the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office claimed they may have plotted when they were not being recorded.
Indeed it is very difficult to to be found innocent when defense against a prosecution minded Bush appointed judge lacking evidence, cannot take the confession of the governments star informant/provocateur before the Muslimless jury of peers, most of which had family in the military.
When a reasonable doubt is clearly ignored, a miscarriage of justice is obviously arranged.

May Allah reward everyone working to spread the message about the innocent muslims everywhere emprisonned for their faith in Allah alone.
And may this serve as eye opener for us to realise the ongoing war on islam. Allah knows if i could be next or you or him or her…
May Allah free them all soon and protect them from trials and torture.
